Hello outlaws,

If you've read any of these posts before, you've probably read my rambles about Tortuga County, an expansion of the Copperhead County Extended Universe set in the deserts of Southern California. After my huge Copperhead County playtest campaign ended, we decided to do a spinoff campaign in Tortuga County, which would be taken over by my player and pal Calum Grace, with me acting as a humble player character. This was a great move, and many great ideas have come out of it. As our group has continued to flesh out Tortuga County, the two settings have become more intertwined, with some shared factions, characters, and other cosmic links. (In fact, my PC in our Tortuga County campaign is canon Copperhead County NPC Jensen Albright, the former leader of Albright Solutions, who I played as a major supporting NPC in our Copperhead County campaign  — and whose business unfortunately went under when his allies in Slayton Hospitality were busted by the man.)

Anyway, all of that is to say that a preview version of Tortuga County is now available on Calum Grace's Patreon. I strongly urge you to give Calum a back and check it out, along with his other thousands of in-progress designs, including Deep in a Matrix of Flesh and Metal, which is the official cyberpunk companion to Copperhead County.

As for mainline Copperhead County, we're still plugging along. I just got more new art from Adam, and I've been working on new pages of Deep Lore about the history of the setting + lots of locations for your characters to visit and/or destroy. I just started a new job, which has slowed me down somewhat, but which is also keeping a roof over my head, so that's a fair enough deal.
